Who we are. doubleuai.africa is run by DoubleU AI Africa Limited (RC 9689428), 20 Oba Adesoji Street, Annex Works and Housing Estate, Gwarinpa, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Write to us at info@doubleuai.africa. Effective 9 October 2026.

What the contact form collects. Your name, business, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you about your enquiry — on WhatsApp, where our assistant may answer first. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep an enquiry for 24 months, then delete it, unless you become a customer.

Where it is stored. In our database, hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. The site is hosted by Vercel. We use Sentry to catch errors on the site; an error report can include your IP address and the page you were on.

No tracking. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no trackers. Its fonts are served from our own domain.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
